"for my first apartment it was perfect!!! maintenance response is pretty fast. my little two bedroom was great for my son and i. after the first year at lease renewal time they raised my rent over 100 dollars so that really wasn’t cool… i get inflation but 100 bucks??? besides that my kitchen sink had backed up and overflowed in my apartment because i’m bottom unit and something got clogged since the main pipe ran through my stuff and i got the result of a clogged pipe, not a good experience but they eventually made it out and called a plumber. parking in the tiny lot is atrocious. many people that don’t live in this building, park here anyway. it’s frustrating when you pay so much to live here and can’t even park in your lot to get to your apartment. the giant light they have over the parking lot is great at night but it will randomly shut off or sometimes not even be on at night and they have two giant boulder type rocks at the end of the drive, sadly one night it was so dark even with headlights that i scraped the side of my car door.. not their fault but also disappointed cause it could have been avoided had it been well lit. i work night shift so i come home when everyone else is asleep usually. overall the apartment is cozy, neighbors are decent but the parking and other minor things could be improved."
