"Horrible experience. Had the money to pay first last and security deposit but because I had a slum lord in the past who has done everything to ruin our chances, they denied us and our children an apartment. Ended up having to stay at a horrible motel with 5 of us for a year spending $400 a week."

"Let me start by saying, I’m not sure if this is specifically for the Eagle’s Pine Apartments of Sandusky or not. However I would like to leave a review on them. We moved out in August and I just received the security deposit check the other day, it’s January. The apartments are very below average. Unit was not given to us in good condition, forcing us to clean the unit before we even moved in. Management completely stopped responding to us once our lease was up. Once I finally got them to get back to us about returning our security deposit, they said we’d only receive a partial refund due to “cleaning fees”. We left the unit in much better conditions than it was given to us. They also instructed us to leave the unit unlocked after we moved out. They then told us no one would be available to inspect for three weeks, leaving the unit unlocked for said amount of time. I asked for an itemized list of the reasons we weren’t receiving a full refund and that has yet to be sent. Would never rent from this company again."
