"I’m being forced to move, they won’t renew my lease and refuse to say why. I have never been a problem, I always pay my rent on time, I am quiet and friendly with my neighbors. I can only believe that I am being forced out due to a personality conflict with Jessica and Mindy the “property managers” who had no clue my walls were gray when I moved in or that I had a wood burning fireplace in my unit! Can you imagine? Oh well…. I’m sure I’m not the only one that they can’t get along with. Good luck to any future tenants. Monarch investment is a great big joke, jmo."

"So I do not have a Google account I am posting on my brothers. But I live in Ranchview Gardens. And I just have to say that the maintenance man Dale is an angel from God. This man always goes above and beyond and has the best manners I have ever seen. I normally do not do reviews but I feel like this was earned. When I put in a work order he not only takes care of that he takes care of anything extra he feels like might become an issue for me. That is a huge deal for a single mother who is very busy all the time. Thank you again dale ! You are amazing !"

"apartments aren't to bad,,,,,,,BUT the trash bins.....I AM TIRED of everybodies trash outside my door....Come summer I have to deal with the BEES and animals looking for food dropped and garbage bags on the ground PLEASE FIX this mess......LARGER trash bins......THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TEMPORARY...SMH"

"Nice single floor, ground level apartment complex. With parking In front of each apartment makes this complex very convenient, especially for people who may have mobility problems. Very good, close location to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, and shopping."
