"Very quiet. Been here since 2020. The apartment is spacious. It’s perfect for me and my daughter. Only complaint I have would be parking. Some times I have to park two buildings away bc the parking spaces are limited and other residents have multiple cars. Solution would be assigned parking."
"Apartments are nice and spacious. Grounds are kept up. But Managment personnel needs work. I was quoted a Rent price and even signed a lease with Quoted Price. Monthly Charges were not the same. When inquiries were made, I was given excuses and promises that never came true. 3rd party Water company charges double in Monthly Bill, Front office promised answers, 4 months in... not a word or help. I strongly advise to look somewhere else or really look at your lease prior to signing. If they can get control of these issues, I would leave a better review."
"Ac never works. Still have a half function dishwasher almost 3 years in. 78 degrees in a unit when its 90 plus out with the ac turned on. Been that way for 2 seasons and they won't do anything about it. Updated 9/21/22 Finally left the apartment and moved out Nothing but issues with appliances. Fans were noisy. Windows didn't latch properly and were drafty. Switches shock you Don't ever recommend anyone I know even those I hate to live here Overcharge for low quality apartments practically in lorain with subpar maintenence that can't fix a sandwich"
"Amazing community and management. I lived at Portside for over 4 years. The apartments are big spacious and amazingly well kept. The price cannot be matched. Mine came with all the amenities washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refigerator along with dog rent and over 1250 square feet was around 900 a month no other place can boast that. I recently had a life event happen and the management who I never had a problem with before this were so understanding and treated me like a person not a number. We worked together to solve the solution amazing people skills and customer service. If anyone is reading this and trying to decide on their next apartment or place to live forever. This is the place affordable, beautiful and management who actually treats you with respect and care."
"Management changed hands early 2019. Not enough room for trash for residents, so overflows every week. No landscaping, gutters were left with trees growing in them for over a year. Overpriced for the little effort management puts into the place."
