"I deleted my five-star rating. New management here. Residents are not allowed in the office. The door is opened and then closed in your face. The door is also locked always, and the blinds closed. Good luck on getting someone to come to the office door. They leave during business hours while still on the clock.There are several residents here that like to party way into the night. The partiers from New Year's Eve, left vomit on the stairs and next to the stairs. Their garbage strewn on the ground, and also garbage bag sitting outside their door. Last week a car blew up in the parking lot. The fire department had to be called. Management knew about this car, and did nothing. It was only after it exploded, that they had it towed. When the actual fire occurred, they were notified, but never showed. I would think twice before renting here now. I complained about management to their bosses, and they're doing everything they can to make me feel like I did something wrong. Rent rises $25 - $50 a year with no extras at all. No amenities here except a playground. This used to be a great place to live. It's slowly becoming unlivable. The summer I will be here a total of 8 years. This is the worst it's ever been. Someone called the authorities, they came, then the party resumed well into the night after they left. Management not doing a good job of screening new applicants."

"It's a good and clean living environment, it's children friendly, people friendly, pet friendly as well. Great management and customer service and also speak both english and spanish for those that need it. And the apartments inside are so spacious from what I've seen and experienced."

"New management is a very friendly couple. They try there best to help with every issue that given to them. They are trying to make things better for everyone."

"Got a tour of the place just yesterday. New management has no clue how to properly do their job. Shelving contact paper was used on top of counter....double layered and partially over lapped. Looks very cheap. Stains on carpet even after it had been steamed cleaned (per maintenance). Also, the amount of storage showed in floor plan layout is advertised as your storage but is not. Appliances are very out dated and look old and cheap."

"I sent an email to be contacted on June 1st of 2016 and I think the the half off of 1st months rent and half off of the security deposit is a complete perk for such nice apartments. The app fee is only 25$ and I'm pleased with the video walk through.. Everything was so spacious and looks perfect."
