"Affinity was great! We lived here for 2 years and only moved due to a new job/relocation. If we could pick up the apartment and drop it where we needed to we would live there in a heartbeat. The office staff was always super friendly & helpful from our first call for information to final walkthrough. Maintenance was always there within a day for any issues (I believe we had 2 minor things in the 2 years we lived there) and the amenities were great too. The units themselves are spacious & updated and plenty of storage space. I participated in the final walk though which was a breeze & can expect no hiccups or issues with receiving our deposits back- it’s that simple! Would have loved to stay at Affinity if things worked out, however they were excited & happy to hear of our new endeavors. If you’re thinking of moving here, do it!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Lived here August 2020-2021. We were the first tenants to live in a new building and they refused to give us our deposit back and charged us close to $1000 saying we damaged the carpets and the walls (that only had standard nails and mounts from the tv that was approved). We tried to appeal and they did not respond. They Just sent it to collections and now it shows up on my credit like I have unpaid rent and I can’t rent another apartment until this is paid in full. For something that was not true. This is my first time experiencing not receiving my security deposit back so I didn’t think I needed to take pictures on move out because everything looked new just like when i moved in. They also allowed us to stay an additional day, then moved my couch out of my home into their storage before I even got to move it out. We also lost another piece of furniture because they moved my items before I got to finish my move ion the additional day promised. They’re communication is also bad. They would take forever to respond back to you when you had an inquiry. **update to the response provided below. We had to call to get our couch about of the maintenance storage because it was removed from our home. We also inquired about our $100 air mattress and asked could that even be taken off the balance since it was no where to be found. We never heard back. We responded back via email to the pictures on 11/15/21 and 3 additional times. With a response just now coming back from collections this month. The pictures showed regular wear and tear (including the things I stated above) not $1000 work of work! Also, we never had access to the gym the entire year of living there and limited pool hours."

"Loving Affinity so far! Will be moving in in October. The application process is super easy and quick. Ashley is so nice and has answered every question I’ve had so far. The complex is quiet and the units are beautiful. Looking forward to move in day!"

"I’ve lived in these apartments for almost two months now, and I love it! Amber and Ashley are so nice and helpful, and any issue you have they help right away. The maintenance staff are awesome, and they all address issues right away such as balconies being cluttered, etc. and if you have an issue with your apartment they rush in to help asap. they care about the grounds and how it looks, and the people around me are so nice. I am completely happy here!"
