But if you have experienced a situation that affected your credit but still want to purchase a home with little money down they can make it happen. Also having knowledge of the building industry is a big factor. Know what your getting into."
"DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Melissa Partin does not follow rent to own laws or fair housing laws. She will tell you water cost 1 thing but then refuse to send you the bill. She will file a 3 day notice with the courts but not actually give you one. She is a crook and will let you make all sorts of improvements just to turn around and force you out so she can sell the property for more money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL COMPLETELY SCREW YOU OVER"
