"Lived here for almost a year. The townhomes themselves are really nice. But there's no visitor parking and people are assholes about parking spaces. Like in your face screaming assholes. And they don't have a clubhouse so you can't have birthdays there and you can't have them at your townhome(no parking remember). And the ticks are outrageous if you get one facing the woods. And the landlords never answer the phone. Or call you back. I have had a few good interactions with the management (if you physically go to the office at Huntley ridge)."
