"Shannon is an amazing, nice professional individual. Amazing customer service and very patient. Eric, the maintenance man is so nice and they complete request ASAP. I had the best moving experience with them. They even give you a welcome kit when you first move in. I loved my apartment! I highly recommend anyone to move here."

"Apart from having your own needs met like budget, area, and amenities...the experience delivered by the caretakers here match a quality of living that makes it enjoyable to be a renter/tenant with them! For me I could tell that the property was well managed from my first trip. Through the process with the leasing agent of showings and applying every aspect of what they do for you was so well explained and not only that but you could see it. The people invested in managing the property here really put it in a place to be at ease in and as I’ve experienced as a renter there is a great challenge living amongst people you don’t necessarily know, but what the staff here has done was present a place of living that we all can adapt and be at peace with. Maybe a bit much, but from my experience in life and what I need, they really DO what you need AND are available when you NEED them. Thanks to you for doing this part of life right! Jan"

"Racial discrimination When a black tenant complain, they do nothing about. But if a white person complains they take actions. Don’t even try to move in . It sucks."
