"I have lived at Courtyard Properties for roughly 4 years, and the experience has been 10/10 the entire time. Jamie the property manager is an amazing kind hearted personable individual who I always feel comfortable reaching out to when ever I need to. The maintenance men, like Bryan, are also 10/10 amazing. Any issue I have had has been tended to day of, or next day, depending on the timing of the problem. CYP apartment's are also clean, and have a beautiful and simple updated modern style to them that makes living here feel comfortable."

"I 100% recommend renting here. I lived in the Astaire property for 2 years. My apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Maintenance issues were not common, but when I needed something fixed, they were very responsive and helpful. My fiancé and I only moved out because we were ready to buy our first home. I’ve lived in quite a few apartment buildings, some big and some very small, and this was by far the best. Jaime was always so wonderful to work with and everyone truly felt like family there. We will miss it!"

"I lived at their Landing property for over a year. Jamie, the property manager, was amazing. She was responsive to my texts, emails and phone calls, almost immediately. She worked closely with the maintenance staff to take care of any issues. When there were any issues with neighbors Jamie responded wisely, effectively and quickly. The Courtyard was fair with me in every aspect of our rental agreement. The apartment was clean when I moved in and well maintained during my stay. The people living around me were friendly and helpful. Ft. Thomas is a lovely neighborhood and I found the quick walk to the local businesses and Tower Park very enjoyable. I am very grateful to Courtyard for a comfortable, convenient and affordable place to stay during a difficult time in my life. I love you guys!"
