"We were sold a house in August. They did nothing to help with the buying process. The mortgage broker kept in touch more then they did. They treated us like another sell and not like people. They were unkind to the situations they put our family in more than once and they offered no help. They waited until closing to tell is the sellers were not moving out for two weeks. In the state of ohio that is supposed to be agreed upon between the buyer and seller. They skipped us and left us in the dark and did not inform us until closing day we could not move in for 2 more weeks. They sold us a house that was listed with a working private well. That well has been compromised. When I called to ask why the property was listed as such when it did not have these things she blamed the sellers and told me the sellers wrote up all the paperwork stating this was a property with a working well. They take no responsibility for their actions and hold no compassion towards others."
