"Worse place I have ever been in. Filled with mice and roaches. THEN on top of that they kept half of our deposit. We paid $1000.00 deposit and they kept 150.00 saying it's for sticky things on cabinet in kitchen. Those were there when we moved in. THEN they kept 350.00 cause you could tell where the headboard was in bedroom. They said they couldn't spot paint cause it was such a large area. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PAINT REGARDLESS WHEN SOMEONE MOVES OUT. I am taking them to small claims court. They are complaining about those 2 things when we were INFESTED WITH MICE AND ROACHES. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE THERE. Way over priced for that dump. Car was broken into twice. Here are a few pics of the mice and roaches"

"Roaches, I saw reviews of bed bugs and roaches and when I went in there were dead roaches in the sink and one crawling in the closet. When I asked the lady how bad the roach problem was she debated on telling me and then replied “well there will be bugs every place you go but we spray”"

"I worked all winter this past year to replace the steel holding the exterior floors/ walkways and stairs. The owner of Brittany Hills is trying to improve this property. The old steel was most likely original and was oxidizing very badly. The buildings were becoming very unsafe for their occupants. Myself and the rest of the Steelwerks LLC. Worked rain, shine and snow during below 0 temperatures to ensure that when we were finished the structure of the walkways and stairs was safe for Brittany Hills occupants could come and go to their home's safely. Without fear of the structure collapsing."

"I'm moving out of Brittany hills because of bedbugs and a very nasty owner and manager . They very rude and nasty, allow with those quality's it be a bad place to stay. They can't keep anyone . If you apply here don't be taken by the manager niceness because only last one day. Owner try to evict me but when we went to court he lost. Now he would have to pay me move money. People please don't move in that hole in a wall apartment. You be hurting yourself and family."

"I don't know what it used to be like but I just moved away from there a little over 2 months ago because it is bedbug and illegal immigrant central. The paint and plaster are falling off the outside walls and the walkways are so rusted out that they are going to fall through any day. The place is full of nothing but drug addicts and dealers, and it is clear the "new management" looks the other way and doesn't care. There is a child molester who lives there who has tried to mess with some of the kids there and nothing is done about him. There is a maintenance man who kills cats, even people's pets. It was on Channel 10 news a few months ago. I very strongly recommend against moving into the place. And no I was not evicted. I left there very willingly to get my family away from what is quickly turning into a ghetto."
