"This was a wonderful first apartment for my husband and I. The apartments are quiet and the community is full of nice individuals. We were very thankful to have been able to live there. The staff was always nice and accommodating which is always super important and helpful."
"Lived here for one year. Overall, great place to live and first place I really called home after moving to Columbus but lacks amenities for the price of rent. Pros- Quiet, very clean complex, great customer service, efficient maintenance, very nice leasing and office staff (probably the best I’ve ever encountered). Cons - rent is high when you don’t have a dishwasher or in-unit washer and dryer, also my apartment had a serious stink bug problem (however they did a great job with trying to get that taken care of for me by hiring pest control multiple times). So I would say beware of stink bugs if you plan to live on the 3rd floor. Also, they occasionally put notes on your door with important information instead of emailing or texting it so that you are guaranteed to get the information (not sure why taping information on doors is still a thing but they claimed to have given me information on my door which I never received). Location is not the best and you are pretty far from most places. Pool is nice but it’s not heated so the water was always super cold. The laundry room has new washers and dryers but it costs almost $2 to wash and dry which really adds up. Still a great place to live overall but if you want more amenities its probably not the best place due to the rent price. Looks like the rent for a one bedroom was raised to over $900 with nothing to account for it. I found a place to move to after my lease ended that was cheaper and has more amenities."
"I could not recommend this place more! We moved in a few months into the pandemic and they were a dream to work with. Cora in the office is SO nice. The apartments themselves are nice and fairly large for the cost of rent compared to other places. Maintenance is on grounds at all times and is quick to fix any issue. They were so understanding when we ended up having to break our lease early and move out of state. If I ever move back to Columbus I would not hesitate to come back. Seriously, a great place overall."
