"Awful experience even before I moved in 2022. Roaches, carpet was filthy and not replaced, staff didn't care about tenants. Now a new management took over in May 2023. I hope they are better than the last. I don't recommend living here."

"These Apartments Are Okay. There Is A No Pet Policy But Yet The Landlord Has A Dog That Barks Aggressively Very Early In The Morning. The Landlord Isn’t A Very Pleasant Individual. She’s Very Nonchalant. When I Told Her About My Car Getting Broken Into, She Shrugged It Off And Said && I Quote “They Do It All The Time To See If Anyone Car Is Unlock Or Have Anything In Their Car.” There Are Stray Cats Everywhere && She Feeds Them All. I Asked For My Heat To Be Fixed. After It Was “Fixed” It Still Didnt Work. Something Was Wrong W/ My Toilet && It Didnt Get Fixed. The “Leasing Office” Is The First Apartment. It Smelled Like Cat Pee. Stuff Was Everywhere In There. There Are Random People Who Come Park In The Middle Of The Night && Sleep In Their Cars. Landlord Is Also Very Nosey."

"I lived here for 10 years and loved it. Best manager there is. Whenever I had to call she would be immediately on top of it. Only reason I left was because I bought a house. Wish I would have stayed there. Very reasonable rent for what you get."

"The landlord has a "No-Pet" policy yet she likes to bring her dog outside whenever someone is walking through the apartment complex and the dog barks aggressively. They will have half-ass repairman that do shotty repairs and have messed up an installation of a dishwasher at our apartment. They don't even use the right filter for the A/C units.. The "Exterminator" i have followed and watched him yet I didn't smell any pesticide being sprayed and I checked the area that he supposedly sprayed and it was dry right after he sprayed. The landlord likes to follow him through your apartment. If you're on the first floor, you might have people sitting outside on the steps talking throughout the night and people that shine their brights through the bushes. You might have a neighbor that dumps water on to your patio daily from "Watering Plants". Beware. Lot better places for less $$ than this place charges. The landlord had fired me from cleaning a few years back and then all of a sudden hired her sister the next day. Crummy place and rude neighbors. Would not recommend."
