"Windrush apartments were exactly what my family needed at a time when we had no where else to go. The staff have always been kind, prompt, and understanding. They were always ready to listen and meet us halfway. It was not the most glamorous place but it was home and we were very happy the 2 years we were there. The affordable rent made it possible for us to save enough money for the house we always wanted."

"I visit from here fto there sometimes and I heard they don’t do anything to help there residents In that complex. My friends got their cars broken into a while back and they still didn’t do anything about it how you going to say you have cameras in the complex and they barely work? Or barely not there? Where they do that at? It ticks me off to think that they care for there people but deep down in there hearts they don’t. Also don’t get me started on when they took long to get the water pressure and all of the other objects in the house fixed It took about 9months. I recommmended this place to one of my other friends that wanted to stay here but I changed my mind do not go here."

"Lived here about 7 months and honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Owner doesn’t seem to care as much as she says she does. We’ve went almost our whole lease without an oven handle, was broke when we moved in and they said they’d order one. Never did. Yearly maintenance check, they were told again and AGAIN they said they’d order one. Never did. Text the owner telling about our broken ceiling light...12 hours later no reply. Our closet knobs all broke off within the first month and obviously, still no knobs. Our cars have been broken into a total of 4 times, stealing a radio one time, shattered window another, and car locks popped and broke my glove box the other 2 all within 7 months. Always strangers walking on the property, random cars parked at the end,the list goes on. So over this place and don’t recommend it."

"Lived there for a year. You get what you pay for. Rent is on the cheap side, I was in a 1 bedroom for $579, but they're tiny, about as many square feet. The apartment itself was actually about what I expected. Although, my neighbors did leave a lot to be desired. On bone side, a couple would argue in the middle of the night and the dude would end up locked out (you'd think you'd learn not to leave without a key) band he'd pound on the door, shouting about how it was his house However, my biggest issue is that their laundry facility isn't monitored in any way. On more than one occasion, my laundry was tampered with (oily rags put in the dryer I was using) and I'd come back to my clothes being stained and smelling worse than when they were being out into the washer. I've also moved out since December 2017 and still haven't received my security deposit. So I'm currently looking at contacting the BBB to finally get this situation resolved. It's a step up from a motel."

"New management is rude we ask for new heating elament for oven maintenance tech said it would be 2 days 3 week later ask about it to his wife we have more important things to worry about they give keys to out side companies to come into your unit. When you say something about it's our right to let them in with out us going with them. She is plain out rude. We been here 1 year. And moving out now along with every one else"
