"I have lived here for three years now, and witnessed the change in management. This is by far the best place for the price in the area. As a young female living alone, I feel totally safe. It is secluded away from the more unsavory neighborhoods, and I have never had an issue outside of the occasional door-to-door salesman. Management has always been kind and helpful to me, even when I didn't deserve it. I would happily rent from them again."
"Awful and dishonest people. When the new buyer got this place, it turned into a nightmare. They started charging for everything they could think of. The new manager is rude and useless We lived there for two years. We didn't have any pets. They made us pay $1000 for the cheapest carpet. The carpet they use is the lowest quality and cheapest. People live there and have to walk on it. Don't expect people after living there, move out and be completely new carpet, when they use the cheapest. The maintenance people took forever to show up. Some of the tenants and their visitors play loud music and I saw families of more than 6 people living in a two bedroom apartment. Lots of ilegal immigrants live here. Cars got broken into and one car got stolen. They stole my brother's stereo and the vehicles' alarms went off every night. They don't clean the pond and there's mosquitos everywhere. Not a very safe place to live in. We couldn't wait to move out!"
"Wonderful complex. Clean apartment when moving in. Very helpful staff, doesn't always answer the phone but does respond back quickly. Maintenance is quick and accurately fixes problems/advises on how to avoid them. Parking lot/complex roads are a mess, really need fixed, knocked off a star. Pool is kept very clean, fitness room is small but tidy."
