"Cathern, who manages Alkire Gate, is very proactive. Anytime I have either a question or a maintenance issue, it is addressed throughly and promptly. I have only had a couple of maintenance issues. Gary had it fixed the same day. Recently, I turned on my furnace for the first time of the season. It didn't work. Cathern had it fixed at the end of the day. Since I have been here we have had a few managers, but the one we have now (Catherine) she is very polite, professional, and understanding. I am so appreciative for everything she has been able to do. She is amazing!"

Maintenance comes the same day you call and the office manager Shawna is super sweet. I’ve apartment hopped for years and have been here the longest - by far my best experience renting. "My grandmother rents an apartment here and they are very nice, clean, and very big. The apartment doesn't feel like you live in a box. It actually has a long hallway, kitchen is totally away from the living room, dining room is not apart of the living room and is its own large space next to the kitchen. Everything is very spacious! My grandmother will never move from this apartment complex. She is very happy and satisfied. They also keep everything nice and clean outside as well!!"
