Countryside Apartments

"I wouldn't suggest anyone live here, I lived here for 6 years for multiple years I had packages stolen from a secured building when I turned it into the building manager she told me that they couldn't and wouldn't do anything about it when I suggested to put up papers that stated that theft will not be tolerated they just laughed and told me figure it out myself. I had my Cadillac converter cut off my van in the parking lot and they refused to help find out who it was only showed the video but told me it was my responsibility to figure it out. At one point I got bed bugs in the apartment and I called them and told them that I only go to work and home I am a home type person I don't go to friends because it was the start of COVID they kept assisting that it was my fault, I kept telling them I only got them when that person beside me moved out and the bugs moved where they can feed them paid for someone to spray but refused to replace all the furniture I lost during this time period and just tried to ack like I was delusional in thinking that it came from another apartment, since COVID started they had closed the office off for appointment only so to get laundry coins was a hard thing to do, and speaking of laundry the building only had 2 of each machines and everyone in the building left there stuff in the machines for hours at a time with out respect for the next person. Stuff in the hall way was never fixed with light fixtures hanging from the ceiling, I've sent multiple emails to get them repaired with no success. The washer and dryer needed replaced years ago as they never worked properly most the time I lived there, when you had maintenance ticket put in and when they showed up the maintenance treated you like you where dumb and had no knowledge of anything that they where there to fix. I ended up loosing money so to time I had to take off to meet there time frames they gave you for maintenance to show up because when they did show up at your apartment they left your door open even though knowing I had a cat documented being in my appointment so he could of gotten out at any time. Plus I had $1,000s of stuff in my living room and they would leave the door open for all to see and they would ignore any requests not to enter if you where not there. The apartment above me leaked into my apartment and damaged a few blu-rays I just bought the day before a I contacted the office and there reply was we can't help you I guess you get to buy a new one."

"Honestly don’t know why there are so many negative comments about Countryside Apartments. I’ve lived there for about 3 years & always had a good experience working with the office manager, Brittany & the leasing office assistant. Also, the maintenance guys, Larry & Mark, were amazing! I have zero complaints about Countryside because they’ve worked with me a lot & have always been available when I needed to get ahold of someone! The maintenance guys go above and beyond. Anytime I had to report a work order or issue, they would show up within a couple hours or the next day. Much quicker responses than other maintenance at other apartments!! & They both were great at communicating with me, updating me, leaving voicemails, just overall were so friendly & polite. My only reason for leaving Countryside was due to buying a house! I also used the gym every week & it had what I need to get a good workout. The pool was always clean as well. I’m thankful for the time I had at Countryside & feel very grateful for the wonderful staff members."

"I lived there some years back after watching Judge Judy I realize I was entitled to all of my deposit that they did not give me. It was said they were using a portion of the deposit to shampoo the carpet,now I realize that is not my responsibility. The deposit is for if I would have tore up the apartment which I did not. it was in excellent condition."

"My kids and I was harassed by the maintenance and the lady in the office. I paid extra money just to get out of my lease. The apartment was full of mice. They charge me for spraying for bugs once I left out of my deposit but I seen the house was already baited. I was told by the office manager that my kids grandmother cannot watch my kids at the house while I worked. The maintenance guy pretty much stalked my house. It was the worst experience of my life. If I could get this place is zero stars I would. Do you not apply for this place they will take all your money and try to leave you homeless."
