"They deserve more than 5 start for the service I received from them. This is one of the most affordable and safe place to live. The apartment are very nice and spacious. The maintenance team are very good and handle any maintenance Needs as soon as they can. Jasmine in the office is very good at her job. She answered every questions asked and handle any problem you’re facing as fast as she can. She’s very respectful. the neighborhood is very family oriented. My time here was nothing but positive energy. I didn’t wanted to move but I needed a bigger space for my daughter and I. If they had a basement I definitely would have stay there. You will not regret living here at all. It’s a very safe environment. I enjoyed being a resident at Abbington Village."

"My mother has live on this property a couple years and the new office staff are very helpful. The manager Kathryn was so helpful when my mother needed a handicap sign, she had the sign install the same day. If I didn't own my I would probably live hete!"

"I've lived here for a few years now The rent is priced decent for the area. The inside of our apartment is open and seems bigger because of our high ceilings which we absolutely love. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner. I also love how friendly the staff is. And to end the review great school district. Definitely worth checking out"

"My name is Marcella Archer but, I go by Marcie. I lived there when the company that owns Abington Village now had just bought it. The office staff then was amazing although, they didn’t tell me all about the hidden fees that I got smacked with which caused my rent to go up by $362 more a month. I was there when Stacy left and they had brought on a new manager who didn’t last very long. He couldn’t handle the pressure is what I was told. So they were in between managers for a couple of months. My only complaints were that my garage door didn’t work half the time, the gate NEVER worked and that was the year that we had a really bad ice storm out and my heat went out so I called the emergency maintenance line and I was told that they had just got home and they didn’t want to go back out for me to just bundle up with extra blankets for the weekend and they would fix it for me on Monday morning first thing. I asked the maintenance guy what the emergency maintenance number was for if they weren’t going to fix the emergency? I was charged extra money because they didn’t fix my toilet from running either and I had put 4 work orders in for them to fix it but, they never seemed to be able to do that. So I had to pay out of my own pocket to fix it myself and I went to the rental office and told them that they should be taking the money either off my rent or my water bill because it was not my fault that the maintenance guys couldn’t fix my toilet from running. That it was not like the office and, manager were not aware of what was going on because they were all aware of the issue at my apartment. Do you think that the new company would allow this to happen for the manager to cut me a break on my rent or water bill ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They said that it was my responsibility and my problem. It was right then and there that I decided that I would not be renewing my lease with them. So I started to look for another complex to rent at. I had been going with the flow up until that point. I didn’t complain to the manager about the emergency issue with my heating being out on the coldest weekend of the month and waiting until first thing Monday morning to have it fixed. I didn’t complain about my garage door only working half of the time I just mentioned it to Wayne one day and he fixed it while I was at work one day and, he called me to let me know and that he made sure that the light was coming on because, he knew that I didn’t get home from work until really late at night. It was the toilet issue that broke the camels back for me. I loved my apartment I just didn’t like the new company that had bought Abington. Four of my other family members had lived there and they just raved about the complex they lived there for years but, every place changes as time goes on and seasons change. I have told other people that they shouldn’t rent from you guys because they won’t be getting into what they are signing for and the property isn’t nice the further you go back. I just got lucky because I was right across from the rental office so it always had to look nice. But, the dumpster areas were always full of furniture and boxes and stuff shuffled behind the dumpster and they were never cleaned up and the over sized dumpster area was always overflowing with furniture, so you could never get to it."

"I have lived in this safe and peaceful community for about 6 years now. I love the tall pine trees, peaceful walks at night and sunset views in various locations throughout the community. Kittie is a great property manager. She sees me as a person and not as a rental unit like other places I've lived. I do not plan on relocating anytime soon."
