"Friend told me to add her review - "moved out recently. The walls are thin. Every night I would hear my neighbors have sex. Everyday I would hear my neighbor dog bark, which was annoying. Rent increase every year, which is why I moved. I found a better place for less and I don't hear my neighbors. Maintenance always came on time. I like to clubhouse with free printing.""
"They charge you a boatload to replace the carpet when you move out even if there isn't any damage made to the carpet. Seems to be a scam. Avoid at all costs"
"I do NOT recommend staying here. Maintenance takes forever to come, management changes everyday, serious pest issues, and overall bad experience and waste of money. I moved out last month and they sent me a bill for carpet replacement..though, when I left, there were NO problems with the carpet. I’m sure these “problems” occurred after I left, or never at all. I hate dishonesty which is what yielding me to post this review. There are other apartments that you’ll get your money worth in Columbus, not this one. A dishonest and rude company."
"I like living at Graham Park! My boyfriend and I moved into our brand new 2 bedroom apartment when the complex first opened, and we just recently renewed our second year lease. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. With the abundance of natural light, I can actually keep my plants alive! We have had minor concerns but any issues we've brought to the office staff were addressed quickly and were not reoccurring which is a relief for us, as at our last apartment complex this was an issue. It's a nice location, next to everything Sawmill has to offer. Amenities: The clubhouse is gorgeous and well maintained (as is the gym). Since I work from home, it's a nice and refreshing change of pace to be able to go in there with my laptop to work (and enjoy free coffee, pop and popcorn!) Beyond that, the staff have really made an effort to provide a community feel and make it worthwhile, with resident events and incentives."
