"This place is absolutely ridiculous. Nothing gets taken care of. Nothing gets repaired, every apartment has issues, some of which have had repairs needed done for years now. Microwaves out, leaking sinks, showers leak so bad. There's black mold growing on the bathroom cabinets. Definitely not a safe place for your children! And management and corporate do nothing. Absolutely nothing. You can send emails, make phone calls all you want but you're never going to get anywhere."
"Awful place to live. Just drive around the parking lot and it's pretty clear. Management sucks and is the biggest problem. I'm not sure what they pay her for. Nothing ever gets repaired or taken care of. Every building has bug issues."
"Terrible place. Lived there for almost two years. Had neighbors do nothing but complain about me even when I first moved in with my tv on 4 volume while her an her husband faught and shook my entire apartment. Had my sink pipes pop off and wouldn’t go back on an had to keep a bowl under it to use it to do dishes which made the wood rot in the cabinet because it never got fixed. Can never get ahold of management what’s so ever. Terrible place to live."
"Well they are nice apartments. They fix anything that needs fixed. Just need to get the tenents that has kids to pick up thier trash and stuff that they bring outside to play up. I think there should be something we have to sign saying if we don't pick up stuff our kids or people that we have at our apartments, we should have to pay a fee of a certain amount, that way there wouldn't be all this trash or toys laying all over the grounds of these apartments. I know there is something in the lease were we can get wrote up then kicked out, but nothing is being done about this issue. Other than this issue, the Apartments are Great other than that."
