"Do not waste your tine, this place is horrible, management is a joke, maintenance is even worse, lived there for 18 months in efficiency, apartment, and trailer, all 3 were literally falling apart, not cleaned before we moved in, and they harass you nonstop. They say the cable is included in the rent, ours was turned off every month because the owners didn't pay the bill STAY AWAY your better off at the city motel or a tent atbdeer creek"
"A complete waste of time, money, and energy. If you would like to live in a micro-managed trailer park that you have absolutely no privacy or respect shown for you and your family then this is the place for you. Other than that I’d recommend the city motel before this joint. Keep up the great work Kathy."
"This place is ridiculous. Outdated and very unsafe. Mobile homes are fireboxes if people were smart they would run away from this place."
"Indeed this is a very poor place to live. Outdated trailers that are full of mold and bugs. Just totally nasty. Definately not a place for children let alone anyone to reside in. This place is so outdated and unsafe."
"I've stayed at Twin Acres for over 3 years, and I loved it. The units are not fancy but they are clean, and I loved the peace and quiet. Management is always kind and helpful. I give it 4 stars!"
