"Very rude lazy new owners are very rude unprofessional an ignorant the lady that answers phone is very ignorant an definitely need to get out that position my mom stayed here over 10 years never been late on not one bill but the new owners get in its a problem maintenance horrible takes for ever fix anything don't live there! The rude ignorant lady cathy hall……she has no manners very ignorant she do not need to work here at all"

"I've lived here over 4 years. The floor in our kitchen had to be replaced twice my son fell in a hole after several years of complaining about the floor I told them the dishwasher was leaking for years they told me to put a towel to soak up the water. Needless to say I knew the floor was faulty because of the water but I'm a nobody. Just recently the power in our hallway was out for over a week I'm on the third floor and if I didn't have a light on my phone someone could've been hurt. And on top of it I pay 789.00 for a three bedroom way less than 900 square feet storage shed. I wish I could move but this is were I'm stuck."

"The manager Ava Tucker has a very nasty attitude. Premier management are the worst toward their tenents. If you have Section 8, they really don't want you here. Nobody watches their kids. The tenents will lie on you to landlord. If you have older kids DON'T MOVE HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"They seem to have no care about the roach issues they have if i wasnt in a lease i would be moving immediately its been since june 2016 and the issue has not been resolved. But they will paint the halls and reroof the building and replace your front doors to make the place look pretty dont fall for it. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED"
