"I recently viewed Dovetree Apartments and the office staff was extremely friendly and very thorough. I LOVE the amenities they offer, the dog park being my favorite for my furbabies!! Overall, a 10/10!! I can't wait to make Dovetree my new home!!!!!!"

"Going on 3 years here... great environment and area that is quiet and has access to many necessities, as well as an open door policy with anything that is needed. Katie and Ashton in the leasing office are both very helpful and always available, could not ask for more from either of them. Also quick and efficient maintenance work when requested. Spacious living areas as well, feels like home."

"The only good thing about this place is the location to everything. Otherwise, I would not stay here if you have the choice. My apartment was not move in ready upon move in date. The drawers in the bathroom still had hair from the last tenant inside them. Don’t tell them you are moving to a different place as they will bash that new place you are going to, in an effort to get you to stay. The Connor Group is an absolute joke!"

"I love this place! The office staff are always friendly and work hard to ensure a positive environment for the property and tenants. The maintenance team are efficient and diligent in fixing problems, typically the same day. The pool area is amazing, it even has high-end grills for cooking while relaxing. I also love having a fenced in area that I can plant herbs and flowers- my neighbors love that they can have an area for their dogs. It’s a friendly neighborhood and close to Kroger and several places to eat."
