"The residents are friendly. Management is only here two days a week. Maintenance isn’t here much. The washers and dryers are always broken. Management will send someone out to fix them every few months. They break down again within two weeks because they need replaced. The elderly residents that live in this building have no way to wash clothes. There is no laundry mat in this town. It’s sad that the residents pay rent every month and don’t have access to a working laundry facility."
"The new manger is kind of rude and you will have some trouble with some residence and they will listen in on your conversation the residence because those walls are then"
"The showers don't heat up the water like they should. The dining area downstairs is rarely used. And there's no public restroom downstairs! And the key is pocketed by the manager! The air conditioner is a bit shoddy! And is slow to respond. We have no awning outside to provide shade! The doors could use some oil, they squeak! The washers and dryers are in dire need of service!"

"A small community of mostly older folks. It is very clean, well-kept, and pleasant. The staff is helpful, and there is a United Senior Services branch in the building who help the residents with whatever they need. There are even trips to local stores, and to medical visits."
