"They are slow at responding to Maintenance issues while raising the rent 2% every year. I have lived with bats in my attic for seven years. The bats get into my apartment several times a year. Rabies anyone? The plus side is the properties are nice. Washer and dryer are provided. You can have cats in your apartment. That is rare and there isn't an extra pet fee."
"We’ve lived in our Brown rental for a couple of years now, and while it’s not the best-maintained place, the house is beautiful and the Browns have been very accommodating in allowing us to make changes and in fixing any major problems. We don’t plan on leaving any time soon, and I’ll be sad to leave when we do. We love the historic details still preserved inside."
