"I suggest to NOT live here unless you like bunking up with the cockroaches. They do absolutely nothing to help the situation either. It's your problem. Even though they migrate from one apartment to the next so even if you tried to handle it yourself they'll just come back. I even had issues with cockroaches in my car! Also maintenance is terrible. If things are broken or something needs replaced good luck getting someone to come out. This place is a joke and I would NOT make it your home."

"Great place to live. Quiet place with no issues & all of the neighbors are very friendly. The new updates to the townhomes are wonderful & give them a whole new look. Ryan (property manager) & Jason (maintenance) are very nice & helpful with any issue you may have & are quick to respond. I would recommend these apartments to everyone"
"Most dangerous place to live- drug dealer, drug users, young punks breaking into your cars, LOTS of fights(men & women) screaming and yelling, NO MANAGEMENT OFFICE HERE, NO MAINTENANCE HERE. Grounds are a mess. Glad I'm out. Owner doesn't care at all about anyone living here."
