"I dont understand this company..yall buy the house we stay in change when rent do and how easy it was to pay it just to make it extra and charge more than send in our money with a money order and 2 days later got sent an eviction notice like we was 2 months behind on rent when all reality they just received the money in the mail 2 business days later like if yall going to buy up stuff aleast handle things right"

"They have a very nice approach and are very technically competent and efficient. Every one of the transactions that NCDG led was very successful and headache free. They provided credit checks, move-in inspections, and advertisements, and kept us informed as needed during these transactions. The most recent experience was again hassle-free. "Very unprofessional I went to the building to drop off our rent payment for the 1st time?.. Building looks vacant?... I can never speak to anyone over the phone?..I leave or have left voicemails an the response back is always text messages?.. late the next day very inconsiderate disrespectful an it almost seems like they have profiled us already even though we have been living at our residence over 4 years ?.. Rent has never Been late?.. I can't wait to see what happens with a Maintenance issue?"

"I wish I could say I had a positive experience with this company, but that would be a lie. I have been calling about a property for rent for over a week now, not one single phone call has been answered or returned. I left three voicemails with my name and number so they could “get back to me as soon as possible”, but they don’t seem to be able to pick up the phone. I find it very unprofessional that not one single person has gotten back to me even with just a “hey, we decided not to rent that unit out” at the very least. This is the number people call for maintenance and housing issues, can’t imagine they’re very happy when they can’t reach anyone either. Whether they would rent to me or not is not the issue, the issue is the non responsiveness and lack of responsibility or communication. If I wanted to be ignored I would call my father. Do better at answering calls and actually renting your units out, or maybe even just hitting redial on the phone."
