"Moving into the park here shortly. Came to visit family who recently moved in and felt that it was overall a nice quiet community, so began the process of relocating. Park manager responds within reasonable time frame, if not promptly as soon as he can, we haven't had to phish for communication. Lot rent is the cheapest I have seen throughout the region which makes the property desirable if you are needing to stay within a reasonable budget. Overall cannot find anything negative to say about our experience thus far."

"Rent keeps going up and they want to charge fees for not having trailer pressure washed or for having some clutter outside, but won't fix the issue with the water. The water is horrible, for about a year now the water has been so bad I don't want to use it for anything other than flushing the toilet or hosing down the driveway. The water is brown, like very brown and has sediment in it that u can clearly see settle to the bottom of what ever container you fill with it. I won't shower with it, won't wash my dishes or clothes with it, which is very inconvenient and costly and then they raise the lot rent on top of the extra expenses due to the severely poor quality of the water. The photos on here are also extremely out dated, it hasn't looked like that the whole time I have lived here and I've been here about 4 years now"
