"On the premium side of apartments, but WELL worth it!!! My family lived here for a year. Great apartments and great management. Kiya and Jen (leasing and management reps) were extremely helpful. Had some maintenance issues, but they were all resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance crew was very helpful and even took time to talk to our children. The one story apartment and personal garage space was SUPER nice. If we ever find ourselves in need of an apartment again, they will be the first people we call."

"Materials used in general have good quality but built with poor craftsmanship especially the drywalls. I Had to request multiple things to be repaired. Luckily, the maintenance is top notch. Almost every repair requests are done on the same day or the next day. Everyone is friendly around here. Good location. Utility bills are about the same as the smaller apartment I used to live in (1000sqft vs 1500 sqft now). Winters can feel colder because of the slab foundation and laminate floor. You will need house shoes to walk around the floor. During the summer times, you will need a dehumidifier. It gets really damp in summer. Walls between the units are thin, you can hear the sound of TV coming through the walls, sometimes the conversations of tenants. There are two other options around here. Northtowne Apartments have attached garage like this, but their floor plans are smaller. The other option is WaterStone at Carriage Trails. Their garages are not attached but has extra 4feet space which can be used as nice storage area. If you rent 3bedrooms and 2 garages, the rent is slightly less than here. You have to pay 0.75% school income tax. I work at Huber, so almost 3% for local income tax. Not happy about that."
