Woodhills Apartments

"I've lived here for 4 years. Sort reviews by most helpful to get an accurate idea of this place. The rent here is far too expensive for how poorly kept the units and complex are. The office is a revolving door of staff that have no authority except pettiness and nothing is their fault. Maintenance has no communication skills with the office or residents and the quality of work they do is limited to whatever random they hired off the street last week. Also, I find it in poor taste for the complex to hold a "contest" where they ask us to give them google reviews in exchange for being put into a raffle for $250 off December rent. EDIT: they've now held multiple of these contests from Dec to July. If you can afford $900 for a 2 bedroom, I suggest almost any other complex. EDIT: please know that this complex believes its "curb appeal" is the biggest reason people chose to live here. Which means they don't want anything to look like you live here. But don't worry, if the siding falls off your building, they'll just leave it. Or if a bunch of glass is busted in the parking lot, they'll leave that too. Broken lights poles? They get to it in a year or two. Dead trees that could fall straight into your bedroom? Nature will get it."

"I absolutely love my apartment! Its super spacious and has the most amazing view from my balcony. Sometimes it does take maintenance a while to fix things and replacements are pretty cheap. And for the price increase, I’d really love some upgrades. The units are pretty dated. Overall, I would really recommend living here. No bugs and it’s really peaceful."

"I have been living at woodhills apartments of west Carrollton since October 2019.that is 3yrs now . And all I can say is that my stay there been so peaceful. Communication is topnotch, maintenance services is fast and accurate and on point and my best part of it all is that I can pay my rent at the comfort of my home via the app. Without any inconvenience. I love it and guess what I'm not planning of moving out any time soon. And lastly, the apartment are quite affordable as compared to the ones nearby. About the gym, I wish it had more workout equipments will be so dope and again give the residents to without at their convenient not only at working hours .thanks"

"I've lived here for almost a year, and it has been a positive experience. The apartment itself is nice, and it was clean and had new carpet when I moved in. When I consider the rent vs. apartment size and quality, I feel the rent is fair and reasonable. I have submitted three work orders, and the only one that was slow was the one I marked low priority because it wasn't something that needed immediate attention. The other work orders were solved fairly quickly, and the maintenance people were polite and cordial. I have never tried calling the staff, but I have dropped by the office twice to ask questions, and they were also friendly and polite. Overall, I've had a positive experience. Update: I moved out when my lease was complete, I received a fair portion of my deposit back, and I can honestly say I had a positive experience from start to finish."
