"My family and I have had such a horrible experience living here and I now have to get my children tested because of mold exposure that has gone on and still is for way too long. Thankfully, they offered us to break our lease BUT that’s not an easy, cheap or fast process. We have been actively looking so fingers crossed. The day we move, will be a day to celebrate. *UPDATE: There is still visible mold on my walls that was never taken care of due to moisture in my wall that damaged my mattress. A tool was used and it detected 20% moisture in my wall. The issue itself has not been resolved and an order was put in for this Jan 28th which was received that Monday the 29th. There has been no communication. I was told from Amber, the property manager, that she would communicate with me and that they would come up with a game plan and work around our schedules for someone to come fix this. I have heard nothing since then. And the issue is still unresolved."

"in my search for an apartment i was led here through an acquaintance, and took a look around her and her neighbors apartment. the units are outdated. pretty water damage from flooding was pointed out to me, and i was told that heat had gone out for her neighbors apartment over the winter and wasn’t fixed for a month. i reached out to management to tour a unit, and upon arrival was told that they had absolutely no units for me to look at. instead, the girl told me about the apartments and when i inquired about the water damage she went on to say smth along the lines of “if you go to a chinese restaurant and you hate it, someone else could love it.”, and then went on to tell me that there was no water damage in any units and talk to me like i was stupid. i told her that if she didn’t have an apsartment to show me then i wasn’t interested in renting, and she said she’d reach out to me when an apartment was “cleaned” and she could show one to me. she never contacted me again. i’m glad my acquaintance told me the management was rude, and that i didn’t rent here. i like my apartment now very nicely, the management is nice and the maintenance is quick, and they showed me not one but two apartments before i signed my lease ,)"

"I am the LAST person to give someone a terrible review.. but Taylor made our move extremely difficult I figured someone else may find this review beneficial and request to work with someone else if considering Centerville park. My fiancé and I were switching units within the complex. The first parts of the transition went fairly smooth, until a week before move in I got an email from Taylor stating both my fiancé and I HAD to be present to get the keys day of move in (when we were never informed prior, and hadn’t done this to our initial move to Centerville park it was just me present). My fiancé travels often for work and can’t just change his travels in that short of notice (especially when for our initial move paperwork my finances was able to sign papers BEFORE move in and schedule it around his travel). After explaining to Taylor my fiancé travels, she replied with an extremely rude few emails stating we both HAD to be there no exceptions. I then threatened to talk to upper management and then she had finally agreed my fiancé could come in prior to move in and sign papers. At the bottom of the email she stated we then had to sign the apartment damages paper BEFORE MOVE IN. Yes. She was trying to get us to sign the apartment damages paper before we had even seen the apartment for move in. Which I also found out was not okay as I had found my previous move in damages paper. I explained to her for our initial move to Centerville park the damages sheet stated we were given 48 hours to fill out the paper and would be doing the same for our current move. If we hadn’t had our knowledge from first move in I am curious how else Taylor would have tried to take advantage of us. So beware! If you come to Centerville park, request someone other than Taylor! She was very sneaky and extremely rude!!"

"I just got out of a Domestic Violence situation in August with my two teenage daughters. I went to these apartments and told them my situation and that my credit score was 600 because of financial abuse. I was advised, by the female with last name Butler, that I would be fine because I make more than enough for a three bedroom apartment there. She had me fill out the tablet and then we viewed an apartment. She mentioned 200 dollar fee and when I objected, she told me it was to hold an apartment for me. She then took the tablet and checked a bunch of boxes without my knowledge. Those tablets need to go away!! Then later that day rejected me. My only goal is to keep them from taking advantage of anyone else. I do have witness and proof. I will be getting ahold of the BBB and AG. We will also be in small claims court. Edit Review. I haven’t rented anything in over a decade. What I did notice is for 200 more a month, you can rent luxury apartments!! I am personally renting a small 3 bedroom farm house for 200 more a month. Those apartments are really trashy to be honest. Let’s not forget the lack of integrity from management!! Who charges 200 application fees on mediocre property? It’s obvious to many of us what kind of management this is under. No need for slum lords!!"

"not very clean (apartment or entire complex), especially for the prices they charge. they delayed my move in date by a week, a fairly big inconvenience on my end, and they offered no discount on rent or anything to make up for that. on my first walk through of the apartment, the leasing agent stated i could not keep the inspection sheet and she legally had to take it before she left that day. not off to a great start. leasing agents do not seem educated on the job and are not helpful or friendly :( maintenance is pretty useless as they do not even show up most of the time. i just moved out and they somehow are still screwing me over in terms of my aes and center point. perhaps they should wait until the end of my lease to charge me for still having services."
