"Edit: A few months ago new management took over. Since then there have been some scenic updates to the property. Trash is piling up adding to an overall sense of neglect. The bulk items are overflowing out into the road where we are supposed to drive. The front of the property is well manicured and looks lovely. You know, the place where they put all the signs trying to get you to stop in so they can tell you how great it is and get you to move in. Best foot forward, I guess, right? Anyway, I'm including some fun pictures of the changes made to the property. I'm taking my review down to 2 stars instead of 1 because I spoke in person with an individual in the office the other day who was very nice and thoughtful. However, I cannot recommend this place less at this time. Additionally, in my previous review I spoke of how responsive management was. I contacted them a few weeks ago regarding the pile of garbage spilling out into the roadway. They said they'd call to get pick-up scheduled immediately. Lo and behold, a few weeks later it is not picked up. We moved in 03/01/21. We just renewed our lease. We've had an amazing experience living here. There have been almost no issues. A couple of minor maintenance issues, but they've been very prompt in responding. The front office is also very responsive, to the point of answering emails after business hours. The area is excellent as well. Being right off of Sawmill there is access to a ton of shopping and other conveniences. I can't say I see us moving anytime soon and would recommend it."

"I love living at sawbury commons indeed the best apartment complex i have lived in my life !!! The leasing department is the best and Jamie by far is the best leasing agent i ever worked with in my life any matenance issues she i sure to get them finished and handled asap. I love how they keep the complex clean pet friendly and almost everyone out here you will get to know the only community i have ever lived in and it has that village feel. Once again Jamie is the best leasing agent out there ."
