"2024 was a year of new beginnings ie a new job, as well as apartment. Well let’s tarry there. The apartment has new countertops, new carpet, new windows. For lack of better terms, it looks like somebody cares round here. The maintenance staff responds quicker than a hiccup. I was in the process of starting a new job on top of all this. The manager Ms Nicole made this transition as smooth as a big ship moves when it’s on a cruise. She’s the best definition of understanding, innerstanding, overstanding, and compassion."

"Would never recommend these apartments. My experience started nice. Ended up a scam. Firstly the office lady lied saying I worked full time instead of part time which is the only way she even got me into the place I later found out. I had to take out loans in order to even move in and this is when I was fresh out of a DV situation. I am still forced to pay on those loans. Talk about taking advantage of the vulnerable for money. Then when I came home to a notice on the door I spoke to the 'kind' lady up front who advised if I moved by the weekend (notice was up on a thursday) that nothing would go on my rental history and I wouldn't need to owe money. So I spent my rent money on a storage unit and moving services. Only to find out a couple months later than they claim I owe $8000. Then when my lawyer reached out they ignored the phone calls and sent it on to collections almost immediately after ignoring voicemails. Unfortunately they haven't been able to be reached since so collections is forced to drop this thankfully. However what a headache for someone who just left their abuser. If you have a loved one who lives here and is handicap I would check on them. These people are money hungry at any cost and a lot of special needs people live here and they are all amazing just hope they aren't taking advantage of them also. Greed is such an illness."
