"I paid $900 a month but can't use one of my showers and the other one leaks. My house flooded and it took them over 24 hours to send someone to fix it. Have of my ceiling lights don't work because of wiring issues. And they have squirrels living in the walls."

"Moved in July 2019, and for the whole year we lived there we asked multiple times per month for a drawer for our kitchen, blinds on sliding door to be replaced, leak in bathroom ceiling to be fixed and faucet leak to be fixed as well as 80 percent of our power outlets not working. The maintenance people are super lazy and will tell you every time they will fix the stuff. 750 a month for leaks, bad power outlets and insane amounts of mosquitos and spiders is rediculous. Not only that but our DPnL bill was always stupid high even when we'd be gone most of the time at work or families houses. Don't move here."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! My rent is 625 and my DPnL Is 200....I'M NEVER HOME, nor do i have any children...poor plumbing, and heating and ventilation. Old everything! These need to be reduced rent because of the old quality. Maintenance told me the apartmen9 are old, so they are low standard...not only that, there are knats flying around in the summer, and stray cats purring at your door. DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"If I could give this place a negative 5.. I would! DO NOT COME HERE! #1. If you stay on the top floor...you will hear raccoons and squirrels in your walls and ceiling. #2. Management WILL steal your money...and leave notices as if you didn’t pay. Even if you keep your receipts and SHOW THEM YOUR RECEIPTS..they still will say you owe them money...You will regret coming here..period! I have never had this problem before..."
