"I lived there in 2010 and I loved it I only moved because I got on HUD and moved.I saw no bugs and it was a hotel feeling .rooms are on the inside and I really liked how the washer and dryer was inside the building no need to get cold going outside.Also my son and I lived there very comfortable for that year"
"Tom is the nicest man you could ever meet! He’s very helpful and friendly. Yes he’s a busy man but when I need help he’s on it. I don’t know about these other people but there aren’t any bed bugs, rats, or any of the other sorts in my apartment..mostly rumors from what I’ve gathered. I’ve been here for quite some time now."
"Needed an apartment quick. They do not do income verifications so there it was, we were in. Quickly I found out that some of the neighbors would scream at each other all hours of the night, or early morning. Bed bugs came with the apartment, and was treated with bombs from a dollar store. Roaches, and I've heard of mice and a friend has mold that will not be treated. Landlord was very polite and friendly, but is so overworked he can never get to your needs. If you're desperate its the place to go, but steer clear if you have a choice."
