"Valorie in the office is amazing. She is always there to assist with any questions me may have. She has always been super helpful. The property is nice and clean and well maintained. Been here for 2 years and have no complaints. It's nice to be located right by food and shopping as well."

"I’ve been living here sense June and we have had problems, but any problems we’ve had have been fixed right away. The rent is pretty much worth it when you’re only 5 mins, not even, away from everything in town. Me, my husband and my cats are very happy with where we live."

"Would leave zero stars if I could. Management is horrendous at this place! This place is trying to take me to court and evict me because I'm 19 days past due on rent. I sent them an courtesy email explaining why I was late. My employer has been cutting my hours back for the last two months now and I had to switch employment. The property manager is just upset because I left a horrible review of the place when I first moved in due to everything that was wrong and broken at my apartment! This place is petty to say the least. Stay away from this place at all costs!"

"I would leave 0 stars if I could. First of all these places have bugs I’ve found roaches in my place and the hallway and even the laundry area. Second of all I wouldn’t call it quiet it constantly sounds like my upstairs neighbors are going to fall through the ceiling at all hours of the night and children screaming in the hallways all the time. Third Im disappointed about the care they put into their properties. At $1,000+ for any apartment they offer they should probably take care of the place a bit more. They don’t care about your living situation or any problems they only care about the money you give them. Lastly the woman that handles everything is extremely rude and never answers her phone or is in her office when you need her. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s way too expensive for the quality and safety. I still have 4 months here but I would leave now if I could. Get out while you can!"

"I have lived here for about 2 years and this place is awesome. Valerie in the office is very helpful when we have questions and is always trying to do stuff to really make it feel like a community with activities and doing stuff for the kids. Maintenance is very responsive and effective. My ac had went out and they replaced the outside unit and the furnace. Everything else has always been in working order. It's quiet, it's clean, and just all around a good place to live"
