Whenever anything breaks in our apartment, he is there within a day or two to repair it and always brings his smiling good-natured disposition with him. He goes above and beyond in repairs even when the repairs needed were caused by us."

"not a good place. very mean and hateful towards kids and adults alike. the man and women in the office screamed at my friends close friend and told her to shut her 2 year old up when she went there to fill out paperwork to move there. the man in the office stood up and got in her face screaming at her over her 2 year old “being loud” and told her to find somewhere else to live. the woman from the office came out while the poor girl was sobbing in her car and didn’t allow her to leave the parking lot as the woman screamed at her and told her she shouldn’t have said anything to the man. everyone i’ve heard that’s lived here/attempted to has horror stories of disrespect towards them and their children."

"A man & woman (sadly have no names but I’m sure this isn’t the first time they have behaved like this) that works here screamed at a friend of mine & her TWO year old while she was filling out paperwork to live here. Her child was being a normal child not even being loud or disruptive & a grown man scolded & yelled at my friend telling her to control her child & then continued to scream at her when she tried to stand up for herself & her child. Then was followed out to the parking lot being screamed at by a woman who works there as well. This is disgusting behavior & so embarrassing of this establishment. This grown man & grown woman should be ashamed of themselves. DO BETTER & HIRE BETTER PEOPLE."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I dodged a HUGE bullet and I recommend renter beware! I never ever leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous. I had a voicemail left by Susan, telling me they had a 2BR 1BA apartment that was going to be available in February. Great! Gives me time to save a little more money. I dropped everything I was doing to make the 30 minute drive so I could fill out the application. All was well, I was filling out the paperwork, and my toddler (who is 2, mind you) was being a little loud. I asked him to be quiet, and the other guy working in the office turned around and yelled at me to “shut my kid up”. I politely responded that he was only 2, and I was doing the best that I could. I started to get teary eyed, as I’ve been through hell and back recently as I just became a single mom. As I was walking out this man was shaking his head at me. So I, once again, politely told him that I was sorry my son was being loud, but that there was zero reason to be rude about it. He then retaliated by jumping out of his chair and screaming and pointing in my face “you don’t scold me in my office! You need to learn to shut your kid up!” As I’m sobbing, I hand the paperwork back to the lady. And he screams “yeah that’s right, go find somewhere else to live!” (I left out a few choice words).And he’s doing all of this in front of my child who has no idea why this man is yelling at me. After reading other reviews, thank God I didn’t go through with this. Completely unprofessional. DON’T LIVE HERE!"

"To whom it may concern (which should be ANYONE actually thinking of moving here): Don't be expecting them to treat you well after your signature goes onto the lease. They'll harass you even after you've moved out. Almost a year later I'm being sued for unrealistic things like "cleaning services" which cost $800 for my particular unit. The "cleaning services" are the maintenance mans wife who is supposedly an "independent contractor" who likely only works for Normandy and overcharges because she's the maintenance guys wife. She messaged me on my personal Facebook and actually harassed me about the state of my apartment, and for some reason even knew some confidential info about my mom helping us with our bills! But speaking of the maintenance man [William J Mathies, or Bill], did you know the man they have hired to enter your homes (mine included while my husband wasn't present) is a felon and has multiple charges of assault including assault on a female. And I'm supposed to feel safe? We let him in for years without the knowledge of this, as we trusted that they would have restrictions for the job based on the fact that he enters people's homes! Disgusting. And when they need help trying to fix their literally falling apart property- they hire a random tenant with no background check whatsoever. Yep, a stranger in YOUR home. And he's got your key! But it's ok, he won't come around. Because no matter how many times you request a work order for something - it never gets done!"
