Ross Park Apartments

"We lived at Ross Park for 10 years. When new management came in things drastically improved. They have updated the apartments and made many improvements which made it a much nicer place to live"

"Barb and Melanie are cons do not put down your money for an application they will deny you then keep more than half your money I put up 230 dollars and still have yet to receive my 100 dollar refund they have drugs being peddled out of their Apts and the units are smoked in and smell like animals."

"Re doing my review. As the apartment begged me for a 5 star review upon moving out due to saftey concerns. They have charged me over 2k for damages already in apartment to refrigerator. And fees for notice after I gave the 30 day notice they asked for, and termination fees they said I would not incur due to situation. They will give you an apartment that is busted. Your car and home will be broken Into and vandalized and they will find a way to charge you for it. I had given a 5 star review but due to what they are now doing to my family my review has changed they will not honor your reports or thier word."

"Fremont residents pay as much as their Colorado residents.... yeah, and there's a lengthy list of things that we pay for. One being "pest control." That must be why there's a huge cockroach smashed in the laundry room, the same laundry room where the machines steal your money, that is, if you can get the mechanism to allow you to put money in. Anybody can come into your building, like teenagers smoking and burning the new carpet and freshly painted walls. If they need your vehicle relocated to seal the parking lot (or you'll be towed), I hope you were home before 5pm the night before.....sorry people who work any shift besides a 9-5, sorry you didn't see that piece of paper on your door. I personally witnessed a vehicle being towed. As if times aren't hard enough, way to give at least a 24 hour notice. I'm sorry I ever spoke ill of the last owners."

"improvements to the Ross Park Apartments is very noticeable. The parking lot has a new facelift, the interior hallways have all new carpet. There are more dumpsters to accommodate all the buildings and the grounds are picked up sometimes two times a day. Some of the apartments have had all new vinyl plank flooring and carpet, some with cabinets and lighting updates. The new company tries very hard to make the communities a nice place to live. The best addition to the pet friendly community at Ross Park is one of the largest dog parks in all of Fremont."
