"This is my story, I've lived here 6 years. There has been multiple managers. Miss Atrina Smith is THEE best manager we've EVER had. Management and maintenance has ALWAYS addressed all and any concerns in a respectable time and manner. We are currently under reconstruction. The construction crew is still onsite because construction is not complete. Therefore, the construction company is completely responsible and liable for any and all issues and concerns. Maintenance and management have emailed, talked with the project manager personally , I have seen this. I also know for a fact that they have to leave the office to contact the project manager onsite. The project manager doesn't seem to care about fixing anything. Miss Atrina attempts to resolve issues with the project manager which go ignored. Apparently the project manager just wants to complete the job regardless of how it's done. I am proud and very thankful and grateful for management and maintenance."

"I have mold, visible mold in my bathroom and kitchen. I am killing 30 to 40 rolly polly bugs a day. The smell of mold in my apartment makes me sick. All my " new" floors are coming up everywhere. My electric shuts off 2 to 3 times a week, like the whole apartment... All of these issues I've been reporting since April to management. Noone EVER calls me back from cooperate. I've been calling for months and still never get any answer or call back. My apartment is a health and safety and fire Hazzard and noone seems to care. Looks like escrow is the next step AGAIN and I'm calling the news. I've been given the run around for atleast 4 months. This is mold and bugs and electricity. This is all serious stuff. And there is noone to help at all. Me and my kids health and safety are at risk and my rights aren't being taken seriously at all. Because we live in section 8.. or why??? I pay my almost 700 a month in rent every month on time. I don't have traffic in and out, noone lives with me that shouldn't, my kids are never unattended or out here tearing anything up. We are quiet. We are good tenants! My unit has some serious issues and no one at casa cares or at Millennia housing either! I'm done waiting around for them to figure it out. Now it's going to the next steps. We have rights and noone has taken them seriously at all. They don't care if me and my kids are safe out here or healthy. Not one bit. And not one of them would live in this dump and be ok with it. My old unit had mushrooms growing out of the ceiling and black mold. I was told, it will all be worth it after the remodel but it hasn't. It's been hell. It's been worse! I have so many pictures and videos. I have every email I've ever sent these people and all the call logs. It's a full time job trying to contact anyone out here to get serious issues handled. It's so sad. I'll be posting all the pix as well. I have sent the manager 17 emails just in August alone. Thats is crazy and I still have all the same issues. I'm done waiting around!!"
