"Um the apartments are really nice the apartment that I go to a lot it's got a bath room downstairs and 1 upstairs and 3 bedroom a nice kitchen large living room uuummm that's all I know of sorry lol"
"For the most part everyone is very friendly and looks out for each other. The turn over rate for managers is ridiculous though. In the last 8 years there have been 5 different people come and go in the managerial position. The same goes for maintenance personnel. UPDATE: As of 10/29/2023 the current manager Chuck Davis is pretty much worthless!! Anytime you have a complaint and you try to bring it to his attention all you are told is that "he is not a babysitter" and for you to handle it yourself. Some of the other residents here are very inconsiderate of other people as far as yelling at their children right outside your bedroom windows in the morning and then when finally confronted after getting woken up over and over for weeks on end the monotony only increases purposely and this is when the manager tells you that he isn't the babysitter and instead of reprimanding the violators it's you who is told to shut your bedroom window. This is a HUD based residential living facility and they are now telling us that if we need blinds replaced we have to buy them ourselves, we are being charged to have screens replaced, and we are also being charged for maintenance calls. This used to be a great place to live but I don't think that I can say that so much anymore unfortunately."
