"This place is absolutely awful & a complete joke. Maintenance request are never taken care of, they have a bunch of "hidden fees" and "rules" not listened in the lease. They manage from Columbus , so they have no idea what happen within the complex. Not recommended what so ever."
"I rented here and it was very pleasant. The landlord Bobby was very nice and the management company kohr has been nice too. The only con to this apartment that I noticed are the thin walls. If I were to rent I would get a upstairs apartment and get to know your downstairs neighbor on a good note first thing. I was happy with my stay here."
