"Not worth it. They raised rent and will take your deposit no matter what. They are trying to make us pay for a new carpet even though it wasn't replaced for the people before us and it smelled like dog for them. Take pictures take it to court these people do not care about you and they do not run a good business. If you have been ripped off by these people before contact a lawyer, they need to be held accountable and stop taking advantage of people."

"If you absolutely are desperate for a place to live; it's an option. I advise against it however. Their apartments are built as cheap as possible to maximize profits and I was unfortunate to live in a downstairs apartment (which they charge more for) and had to hear every footstep of the people above me. Living there was absolute hell and I was ecstatic when I finally purchased a home and was able to get out of there. I lived there for way longer than I anticipated and had no hope nor care of getting my deposit back; or the half of the months rent that I moved out in but imagine my shock when I got a bill for over $800. I've talked to other people that have rented from them and they had the same experience. I witnessed them removing carpet from other apartments that were vacated but never imagined they charged the former tenants for it. One woman even hired people to clean the carpets when she moved out and they still ripped them out and I'm sure charged her for it. I had to deal with mold and inept repair people that required multiple visits to fix things. I would love to fight their ridiculous charges but realistically what am I going to do? Hire an attorney? I'll have to just pay them. Still will be worth it I guess to be rid of them. In close; they are slum lords who take advantage of people that cant afford to live anywhere else. If you have to rent from them; save money, fix your credit and buy something as quickly as possible."

"We have rented from them for almost 5 years never late with rent and actually rented 4 different homes from them Always got our deposit But the last house we didn’t not a thing wrong with the house in fact we had to clean the house before we could even move in a cleaned it top to bottom as we was moving out They will find a way to keep your deposit unless you keep renting from them"
