"Been trying for awhile to talk to someone filled out application but as of yet nothing keep getting the answering machine it has been a year since our last application and paid the fee just would like for someone to direct me as to what I need to do fill out another application ok fine done pay another 60.00 ok done but not hearing nothing back a little bit discouraged thank you Greg and tammy"
"This place is cheap and run down. Small apartment that can be decorated to look better. The real problem is the people around this place. Most of these people are low income, messy, and loud. I highly discard this place as somewhere to live."

"This s... hole will not let a tentant use anything but plexiglass to put in an air conditioner. It's not secure and I don't feel comfortable with plexiglass for safety reasons. What a joke of a place! I tried to explain and invited the manager to inspect what we had done but they hung up. Very adult. I can not stand a big bad apartment manager on a power trip. WELCOME TO WEST ELM APARTMENTS IN WAUSEON!"
