"Update 8/22/19: The manager returned my call and was appropriately concerned about the situation. I'd still be wary about a possible widespread infestation. Original post: I bought a couch from a lady in one of the Center City apartments. She forgot to mention the couch was infested with bedbugs. I tried to contact the manager but she never responded to my voicemail. Beware if you are looking to rent here."
"A brand new apartment building with seniors in mind. From spacious apts to Community rooms to exercise equipment, there is plenty to do, the folks who live here are friendly and helpful. With a security system that is above average residents have peace of mind."
"My sister, 72 years old lives there. Today the temperature was at 97* outdoor. I went to check on her because two days earlier she was taken to ER for high blood pressure and chest pain. The temperature in her apt was 88*. I called the manager, Dawn and another tenant helped call the super. The manager never return my calls. The super called Mary back and left the message that he can’t come to fix her AC because the manager told him not to. This is not how the senior living should be."
"This is a really upscale brand new apartment set up for senior citizens. Elevator and wide doors make it nice for handicap accessibility. Private parking on a quiet street close to amenities downtown. Highly recommended."
