"I lived at Greenwood Village Apartments for about 2.5 years and it was truly a lovely and safe home for me and my 4 year old daughter. These apartments are extremely well kept, always up to date, and clean! Lisa is super helpful and is always prompt in getting back to me any time I've reached out! Maintenance is also quick to respond and address any issue that may arise. I am so grateful for my time spent there and in fact I miss it! I would recommend Greenwood Village Apartments to absolutely anyone! Since moving I have had to reach out to Lisa for assistance in a difficult situation - she has been absolutely amazing and has seriously been tremendous help! Best apartments in Hillsdale County hands down!"

"I was requesting information and had to leave a voice-mail. I was called back within the hour. She was informative and very pleasant to speak with. I did go see her this afternoon to pick up an application, and she walked me through what I would need as there were multiple parts to the application portion. I really appreciate her being so nice and helpful! The location was very clean on the inside and outside. Seems to be a very nice complex."

"My furnace filter was never replaced after living there for eight months. I also had several lightbulbs burned out which were also never replaced. I tripped and fell on the sidewalk which was not repaired for months after my fall. I was told I would receive my deposit back and instead received a bill for an additional $200. I have yet to find the phone number for the management corporation as Lisa Owens takes it upon herself to dictate who can get through to her supervisor."

"I have not lived there because I was in the process of moving to Hillsdale for my job. I applied about 3 months ago, because I could afford the 2 br. I am single. I called them about 2 wks in and they said there was no 2 brs available. I said ok, and waited another month. I asked again. They told me that there still was no 2 brms available but would be happy to give me numbers to other renters in the area. Well, about another month I saw that there was 2 brms available and called and told them that. The lady told me that my salary was too high for a single person. They are subsidized by the government and you can only make 25,000 for a single person. I asked for my application fee $25 dollars back because I felt they should've told me that in the beginning and I wouldn't have applied if I had know that. The apt manager called me that and said it was in the bank and they couldn't do that. I think they should have to tell ppl up front, they are HUD or urban development apts. and are subsidized by the gov. up front so ppl won't be wasting their money applying. No telling how much money they make by NOT TELLING PPL THEY ARE HUD AND YOU WILL BE DENIED BECAUSE YOU MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY. Shameful."

"My family has lived here for 5 years and we absolutely love it here and honestly never want to leave. The pool is beautiful. We are back in away from the road and its gorgeous."
