"Well, Ive lived in this complex for about 8 yrs or so. Police are constantly making rounds which is a plus, not that there all good but for the most part. The manager Kim is very nice and helpful. Now for the cons. They only have like two maintenance people that bounce from place to place and open 2 days a week. So getting something fixed can take quite a long time. The apts have potential and can be really nice.They are pritty spacey as well. The three bedrooms apts have 2 restrooms. 1 with a toilet and sink, the other with the same with added bathtub."
"Would give 0 stars. Tenants get away with harassing other tenants due to the landlord(Kim) not caring at all. She told me herself she only comes to work because she can't live off of what they would give her for retirement. Very poor quality apartments as well, I moved in with broken screens in two rooms, and none at all in the master bedroom. I informed her as my responsibility, and it's beyond passed the 30 days she should've had that fixed. Very sad place."
"This place is a sad place they make rules but never follow through with them. Management acts as if their afraid to lose a tenant."
"I have lived here for alot of years. Since it's government housing there is alot more rules things u can't have or things that u can't do. But it's a good place to start."
