"This is a good apartment complex for being based on your income. It's in a nice area too."
"This is a good place to live in the Quincy area for low income housing. It is within walking distance to the schools, and up town. Management is great and always available with any problems or concerns. The apartment complex is older but well maintained, and I do not have any issues with getting things fixed when I need things done."
"This place won't fix or replace anything that needs to be done. The dryer in the basement has no exhaust hook up, it heat's up are apartment and u can smell the Hi potent fabric softener and makes my sinuses kick in. The maintenance guy does everything half fast."
"It's not a good place to rent from they won't fix nothing and they just want there money they don't really care about there tenets at all. Plus they like to raise ur rent and they won't lower it either. The landlord told me there apartments are worth a thousand dollars a month and it's not really worth 300.00 a month since they won't fix nothing not even that. They also don't really clean before the next tenets move in cause our carpets are very dirty plus I had to move the stove out good thing I did cause there was bugs and dry food plus toys and papers"
"This is the worst apts I've ever been in..they literally have me an option to get rid of the baby I was pregnant with or move out..so I moved out n then they charged me for terminating the lease early"
