"One of the worst apartments I've ever lived in I lived there for almost 3 years maintenance there was never really done because no one worked there for maintenance. Management in office on property came and go as it wanted never had a stable one when I first moved in they didn't tell me about the Cockroach infestation the old manager from when I first moved in never did the checklist right so they're trying to charge me for things that I didn't do. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE NOR WILL I EVER WANT TO RENT FROM MEDALLION MANAGEMENT AGAIN."

"I only rated this so I could get the word out. I would rate nagative if i could. Now not sure on new management. When i was told i got a place there i was so the managers storage apartment. Which was mostly decent. He said if you want it you could move in on this date. When my move in date came. I walked in and it smelled strongly of urine. I walked across the floor and my feet turned black from the nasty carpet. Which i did get him to change 3 weeks after i moved in. The bathroom had mold around the toilet and sink at the bottom by the floor. The toilet ran and ran. Which i fixed. The play ground was a litter box for the stray cats. My neighbor was caught taking photos of little girls on outside. He didnt know them the dad came up and asked what he was doing took his phone called the cops. They did nothing cause his disabled. The dad held gun to his head later in my building. He was also caught my many of the down stairs renters he was looking in tgere windows. The other neighbor got his door kicked in and no one know what happened. Renter was very upset. The other building was known for roaches. Then the third had cops there everynight for drug related problems. I could go on with more but i feel you get the picture."
