Master Pizza

"Ordered a small veggies pizza no cheese. Waited 40 minutes for that. The lady who took my order left and when another lady came in she asked me do I need help. Unbelievable. I said yes I've been waiting on a pizza for my mom. They said ''it's coming up and you said vegan cheese correct?'' I said no, I told her NO CHEESE! She told me that the other lady said I told them vegan cheese. I said my mom can't have cheese for her health reasons. After that a tall man employee said it sounded like i said vegan cheese to that lady employee. I said for the 4th time, i said NO CHEESE! My Mom cant have cheese,then told me she's so sorry because they were preparing for a Christmas Party and things were ''CRAZY'' There were 5 employees there and one customer came in to pick up pizza for Uber. She said she would make me a medium upgrade for their mistake. There is NO excuse to wait that long for a small veggie pizza. To many employees standing around talking and I get my order screwed up. This is happening at several fast food restaurants. This has got to stop! Employees should be working and not chatting or on their phones. Master Pizza was great when they first moved in this Streetsboro location but after a few visits service has gone down considerably as well as the taste of there pizza sauce. Someone needs to fix this or their business will eventually suffer."

"Master Pizza in Streetsboro is pretty good. The shop is smaller but clean. The staff seems friendly and has prepared our orders accurately. The pizza is family approved. The masters cheesy bread is good, the gluten free bread is terrible."

"Great place! Awesome pizza! But I think something is going wrong when ordering the potato bacon ranch pizza. This is the second week a steak and potato was made instead of a potato bacon ranch. I didn't catch the mistake til I was home last week so I didn't call. Then it happened again this week. They made it right but just thought I would mention it since it happened twice."
